Privacy Policy for Brainwarm
This Privacy Policy describes how miramiao (“we”, “us”; www.miramiao.com) handles your information when you use Brainwarm (“the app”).
The short version
We do not collect, store, or receive any of your data. Brainwarm has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no servers of ours. The app runs entirely on your device.
What stays on your device
Your practice results, your daily focus checks, the level of each practice, and your settings (sound effects and haptics) are saved inside the app on your device. They are never uploaded anywhere. Like other app data, they are included in your own iPhone or iPad backups if you back up your device.
Network
The app connects to the internet only to talk to the App Store: to show the price of the full version, to complete a purchase, and to restore purchases. Nothing else is sent or received. Links to our website and this policy open in your browser.
Sharing a result
You can share a picture of your focus check result. The picture is made on your device and handed to the iOS share sheet; where it goes is up to you. It does not pass through us.
Permissions
The app asks for one permission only, and only when you need it: if you choose “Save Image” in the share sheet, iOS asks whether the app may add that picture to your photos. It cannot read your photo library.
Purchases
If you buy the full version, the transaction is handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not see or store your payment details.
Health information
Brainwarm is a practice tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose or assess any condition, and it does not read from or write to Apple Health.
If you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply to you.
Keeping and deleting your data
Everything the app saves is stored only on your device. We hold no copy, so there is nothing for us to keep or delete. To remove all of it, delete the app; iOS removes its storage with it. A purchase is tied to your Apple account and can be restored after reinstalling.
Tracking
The app does not track you, does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA), and does not share data with other companies for advertising or analytics.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and because we collect no data, we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
