How do I send a sticker in a chat app?
Tap Save to Photos, then pick the GIF from the album inside the chat app. Chat apps such as WeChat and QQ keep GIFs transparent but flatten PNGs onto white.
Why did my sticker arrive with a white background?
A PNG or a screenshot was sent instead of the GIF. Save again from Snipmoji and choose the item marked GIF in your album.
My Live Photo sticker does not move
Make sure the source is a Live Photo (the concentric-circle badge in Photos). Snipmoji samples it into frames; a regular photo can only become a static sticker.
The cut-out is wrong or nothing was found
Subject detection depends on the photo: a clear subject with contrast against the background works best. Textures and landscapes may have no detectable subject.
How do I change the border?
Open the sticker and drag the “White border” slider. On release the sticker is re-rendered from the original cut-out, with no loss of quality.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. Cut-outs are made on your iPhone; the App has no servers. See the Privacy Policy.
